The last mesage
The Last Message I woke up at 3:17 AM to the sound of my phone buzzing on the nightstand. Unknown Number: “Don’t turn around.” Half asleep, I frowned. Probably a prank. I rubbed my eyes and replied, “Who is this?” The response came instantly. “I’m behind you.” A cold feeling crawled up my spine. I laughed nervously and turned on my lamp. My room was empty—just my desk, my closet, and the half-open door. Another message. “You shouldn’t have done that.” My heart started pounding. I checked the closet. Nothing. Looked under the bed. Nothing. Buzz. “Now I’m closer.” I froze. Slowly, I lifted my phone and switched to the front camera. Behind me, right over my shoulder… something was smiling.
