The boy in light
The Boy Who Followed the Light One quiet evening, a boy
named Daniel was walking home from school.
The sky was turning orange and purple, and the streets
were slowly becoming empty. Daniel liked this time of day
because everything felt calm and peaceful.
As he walked past a small park, he noticed something
unusual. A soft golden light was shining behind a big tree.
At first, he thought it was just a lamp, but the light moved
slowly, like it was floating. Curious, Daniel stepped
closer. The light drifted deeper into the park.
Daniel followed it carefully. His heart was beating fast,
but he also felt excited. The park looked different
now — the air felt warmer, and the trees seemed taller
than before. Suddenly, the light stopped near a small woode
n bench. Then, something amazing happened.
The light slowly formed into a tiny glowing bird.
Daniel’s eyes widened. The bird looked at him and
chirped softly. Then it flew a few meters away and
stopped again, as if it wanted Daniel to follow.
Step by step, Daniel followed the glowing bird until they
reached a part of the park he had never seen before.
There was a small hidden garden filled with colorful
flowers and soft green grass. In the middle of the garden
stood an old fountain. Water flowed gently, making a
peaceful sound. The glowing bird landed on the fountain,
then slowly faded away. Daniel stood there, amazed.
He had lived near this park for years, but he had never
seen this place. He sat on the grass and listened to the
sound of the water. All his worries about school and
homework disappeared. After a few minutes, Daniel stood
up and walked back home. The path seemed clearer now.
The next day, Daniel returned to the park, hoping to find
the garden again. And he did. From that day on, whenever
Daniel felt stressed or sad, he visited the hidden garden.
It became his special place — a place where he could think,
relax, and dream. And sometimes, when the evening sky turne
d orange and purple, Daniel thought he could still see a
small golden light floating quietly between the trees.
